Simply put, “Lead Magnets” are free products that you offer as ethical bribes or incentives to encourage and persuade people to join your list. You can also offer them to existing subscribers to boost engagement or better segment an established list.
However you use them, good lead magnets generate sales and put money in your pocket (although the goal here is that they will be working to do that for your customers)
However, the problem is that it takes most site owners way too long to create incredible and powerful lead magnets. And I’m not talking about the kind of rehashed old crap. I’m talking about the kind of lead magnets that have people begging to get on your list and that attracts subscribers like bees to honey.
But the real problem is that site/business owners either don’t have the time to create these type of lead magnets or they hate the process of creating them.
